Technology Tuition Free Scholarship Program


  1. Student must be an accepted student, who enrolls as a new full-time student and continues to be full-time each consecutive semester.

  2. Student must be enrolled in one of the eligible academic degree programs:

  3. If the student changes his/her program of study to a non-eligible major, s/he will lose the scholarship and cannot regain eligibility.

  4. Student must complete the scholarship application and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) for federal and state grant aid by the recommended deadline.

  5. Scholarship will cover unpaid tuition after New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) or equivalent out-of-state grant program is applied, in addition to any other tuition-specific scholarships.

  6. Scholarship is for the value of New York in-state tuition only; student will be responsible for fees, textbooks and supplies.

  7. Student will be required to pay the $50 tuition deposit, which will be deducted from the fee’s portion of the tuition bill.

  8. In order to continue receiving the Scholarship the student must earn a minimum semester GPA of 2.5.

  9. If a recipient falls below the minimum semester GPA s/he will lose the scholarship and cannot regain eligibility based on subsequent grades.

  10. Student may receive the scholarship for up to two years of consecutive study. Scholarship applies to fall and spring semester tuition only.

  11. Students who withdraw from Clinton because of serious extenuating circumstances may submit a written appeal to the Director of Admissions for re-consideration.
