Clinton's Goldfarb has a Hat Trick for Men- Win 3-2 over Word Of Life

Schroon Lake- Clinton rallied to win 3-2 over Word of Life. Aaron Goldfarb had a hat trick for CCC. "Any time you can finish with three balls in the net I will be happy," Coach Eric Arnold said of Golfarb. "He definitely cashed in on his opportunities.”


Word of Life scored early in the first half held a 2-1 lead at the half time. Goldfarb scored his second goal on a penalty kick. His third goal was scored on a header when he was served from Kade Sewell.


Strong defense play was seen from players, Joe Murphy at stopper, Aaron McConeghy at sweeper and Chris Garrand and Jesse Ward at outside backs.

Keeper William Simonti made seven stops for Clinton.

Clinton (1-3-1) will be on the road this weekend as they travel to Tompkins Cortland CC on Saturday.
