NCCC Women defeat CCC

Saranac Lake — North Country CC defeated the Lady Cougars 61-45.

"I got to give a tribute to their defense; they came to play and we didn't.Again, our shooting was terrible. We were only 18 for 36 from the free-throw line and not very good from the field (13 for 50)." said CCC Clinton Coach Donna Dixon.

Shannon Nutbrown scored 15 points and Brittany Godreau added 10 points.

Clinton plays their final game of the regular season on Saturday when they travel to Hudson Valley CC.
