Clinton Men lose to SUNY Cobleskill 83-56

Clinton men lost on the road to SUNY Cobleskill on Saturday, November 4th. The Cougars lost 83-56.

Turnovers were the problem for Clinton. “Turnovers killed us; they were very quick and we did not take care of the ball.” said second year Coach Kevin Daugherty. Daugherty was pleased with his team and said they played hard.

“We actually played very well in the first half. They were up 28-24 and we had to take Philip Barnes out with his third foul. That was followed by a rash of turnovers and that gave them a 12 point lead at halftime.”

Barnes finished the game with 24 points. Nick Darrah also had 4 three pointers.
