Foreign Direct Investment: An Economic Game Changer


Who: The Development Corporation, Clinton Community College, Business/Community Leaders.

What: Vice President and Partner of CAI Global Group, Marc Beauchamp will be speaking about Foreign Direct Investment. His presentation will be followed by a panel discussion on the importance of Foreign Direct Investment in Clinton County and the EB-5 program. The EB-5 program will be discussed in full detail from what it is to how it works and how it can be a beneficial component of economic development. The panel will feature, Marc Beauchamp, Ed Martin, Schluter Systems L.P. Chief Financial Officer and Plattsburgh-North Country Chamber of Commerce Vice President of Economic Development, Susan Matton.

Where: Clinton Community College, Stafford Theater.

When: Thursday, October 4^th from 7:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. A light breakfast will be served prior to the start of the event. This event is free and open to the public.
