Spring Semester Set to Begin

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (January 17, 2013) Clinton Community College will welcome new and returning students for the start of the 2013 Spring semester on Thursday, January 24th.


Clinton Community College Vice President of Academic Affairs Dr. Cheryl Reagan said, " The start of the Spring semester is always an exciting time on campus. Students are back after winter break and the campus comes alive with a renewed energy."

The Spring semester also brings a record number of International Students to campus. Clinton is fortunate to welcome seven new students from Saudi Arabia, China, Japan, Mozambique and Canada. This will bring the total number of International Students on campus to 37.

New and returning residence hall students will be moving in on Tuesday, January 22 and Wednesday, January 23.

A number of cultural and academic activities will be taking place on campus throughout the year for students, staff and the community, including the return of Concerts on the Bluff in July.
