Real Estate Sales Qualifying
Successful completion of this course satisfies the 75 hour educational requirement for
those who wish to obtain a license to sell real estate. Topics include: law of contracts and
agencies, real estate instruments, financing, disclosure law and more. Attendance of 67.5 hours of the class is mandatory; you must also pass the class exam. Failure to meet State attendance requirements or pass the class exam does not justify a refund for this course. In order to apply for the real estate license, you must be sponsored by and have the signature of a licensed real estate broker and pass the state exam. Textbook Required: NY Real Estate for Sales Persons, Spada, available at the College Bookstore.
