HUS Award and Scholarship Information

Awards and scholarships are available to CCC students whose academic and personal experiences have have led them to choose a profession in the Human Services field. Please read the HUS Award/Scholarship Choice Form below. If you feel you meet the necessary criteria, please print and complete each of the forms below and submit them to Jennifer Waite, Human Services Department Chair, in room 462M of the Moore Building. All applications are due no later than Friday, January 20, 2012.
