Faculty - Photos and Bios


 Jennifer Waite, LMSW, M.Ed., HS-BCP


Jennifer Waite was raised in Parishville, NY in St. Lawrence County. She graduated from high school and attended Cortland State University majoring in sociology. After graduating, Jennifer went to work as an alcohol and substance abuse counselor for the St. Lawrence County Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services. While at SLCASAS she received a Masters in Education from St. Lawrence University. Jennifer remained employed there for ten years and then took a faculty position at Mater Dei College in Ogdensburg, NY. Jennifer taught within the Alcohol and Chemical Dependency Program for six years and then left for five years working at various jobs in Toledo, Ohio. Jennifer completed her Masters in Social Work at Syracuse University while teaching at Mater Dei College. In 2001 she returned to the North Country to settle in Plattsburgh. Initially she was the clinical director at Champlain Valley Family Center before accepting a faculty position at Clinton Community College where she is still employed. Jennifer currently sits on the Board of Directors at the Cornell Cooperative Extension in Plattsburgh and also represents the Board on the Youth and Family Committee.


Jennifer is a licensed master social worker and a retired credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselor for the State of New York. Jennifer presently coordinates program development and instructs in the Human Services Program. She has over twenty-nine years of experience working in human service agencies and educational settings dealing with individual and community issues.

Krystal Cooker

Krystal Crooker graduated from Cazenovia College in 2011 with a Bachelor’s in Human Services. She has been working in the substance abuse field for 8 years. She is a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor. She is also a Human Services Board Certified Practitioner.








 


 Judy Feigenbaum, LMHC, HS-BCP

In 1997, Ms. Feigenbaum received her Masters degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from Trinity College in Vermont. She has been teaching at CCC since 1999 and has taught several courses in the Human Services Department. She is the Director of the Traumatic Brain Injury Program for North Country Home Services and has worked with this population since 1998. Ms. Feigenbaum was a Board Member of the New York State Brain Injury Association from 2000-2003. She is an active member and instructor of the American Academy of Brain Injured Specialists. Most recently she has been asked to serve on the Board of Families First in Elizabethtown. Ms. Feigenbaum has a private practice through Samaritan Family Counseling Center in Peru, New York. In 2009, she was asked to instruct students who were attending Cazenovia College classes offered at Clinton Community College.

Bob Luckett, AS, BS, MSW


Bob Luckett began teaching in 2004 and has been teaching at Clinton Community College since 2005. He is also a Learning Skills Coordinator in our tutoring center. Bob teaches and tutors students in Sociology, Juvenile Delinquency, Human Services and Psychology courses. He has nine years of treatment experience including supervision of Masters-level clinicians in therapeutic psychiatric treatment programs.

Sarah Marlow, MS, NCC, CASAC

Sarah graduated from SUNY Potsdam in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Community Health and SUNY Plattsburgh in 2008 with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. She is a National Certified Counselor, a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor, and a permit holder in New York State currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Sarah is employed at Clinton County Mental Health & Addiction Services as an Addictions Counselor II.

Christine Reynolds

Mrs. Reynolds graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Master's in Elementary Education Pre-K through 6 and later received her Master's in School Building Leadership. She has been a public school teacher - having taught ESOL, K, 1, 3, and 5 grades. She is now a principal in Au Sable Forks and teaches early education classes at CCC. Her career focuses on child development, developmentally appropriate practices, and curriculum.

Angela Williams-Minehan

Angela Williams-Minehan graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in Child Care Management. She has been working in the field of early childhood ever since. Angela is currently the director of the child care center at Clinton Community College. Most days you will be able to find her in the toddler room of the child care center, where she assumes the responsibility of being the lead teacher. Angela has been a part of the adjunct teaching faculty here at Clinton for about nine years.
