INFO: To turn on or off the sound option when receiving email

While in Outlook:
1.  Click on Tools, then Options.
2.  On the Preference tab, click E-mail Options.  
3.  Click Advanced E-mail Options.
4.  Click Play a sound if you want the sound on or uncheck if you want it off.
