1. While in Outlook, click on File and click on Import/Export. This will open up the Import/Export Wizard.2. Click on Export to a File.3. Click Next.4. Select Personal Folder in the list on the screen asking for Create a File of Type, click Next.5. Select the folder from the list on the screen asking for Select the Folder to Export From, click Next. If you want to export the complete Mailbox, clcik on the top option labeled Mailbox - your username. Make sure to check the Include Subfolders option if you have subfolders in the folder you are exporting.6. On the next screen, navigate to where you want to save the file and name the file. Once you have made your decision and entered the correct information, click on Finish.
