INFO: Create a vCard

vCards are electronic business cards. 

1.  Click Contacts to move to your Contact folder.
2.  Locate the contact you want to create a vCard for and click File, Save As.
3.  In the Save file as type box, select VCARD Files (*.vcf).
4.  Select the folder you want to save the card in and then click Save.

To send a vCard to another person:
1.  Open a new email message and address it as you normally would.
2.  On the Insert tab, click the down arrow and select from one of the contacts in the list.  The
     vCard is now attached to the email.  Send as normal.
