1. Double click on My Computer
2. Double click on Control Panel
3. Double click on Internet Options
4. Click on Delete Cookies (this may take a minute or two).
5. Click on Delete Files and select Delete All Offline Files

If you want you can click on Clear Your History. This will remove the entries of where you have been on the Internet.
