You saved a file but when you look in My Documents folder, you can't find it. There is a file that may contain your document or saved file.  It is called the OLKA or OLKB folder.

Here is how you can locate the file:
1. Open My Computer
2. Double click on C drive
3. Double click on Documents and Settings
4. Double click on Your Username
5. Double click on Local Settings
6. Double click on Temporary Interent Files
7. Double click on OLKA (or OLKB) folder
