1.  Save file to PC

2.  To open a JPEG (or BMP, etc) file, right mouse click on the file. A window box will be
     displayed, move your cursor to Open With, select Choose Program. A window box will
     appear with a list of programs, select Imaging and check the box that says Always Open
     this File with this Program.

This will automatically open all JPEG files with the Imaging program.  You could select Paint, or Internet Explorer as a program to open with.

You can also save the file to your Desktop and follow the above.
