INFO: How do I make a copy of what is on my Screen?

  1. Press and hold the Shift key.  Press the Print Screen key (located in the upper right corner of your keyboard) at the same time. 
  2. Click on Start, Programs, Accessories, and then go to Paint
  3. Click on Edit, Paste.  A window box will appear asking The image in the clipboard is larger than the bitmap.  Would you like the bitmap enlarge?> 
  4. Click Yes. You now can use Paint to select certain elements from the print screen, print, or save the print screen.
