1.  Click on the Insert tab.
2.  Click SmartArt located in the Illustration group.
3.  Select Process to access one of the options listed for FlowCharts.  The Design tab appears
     allowing you to modify the layout, change colors, change SmartArt styles, or use the Create
     Graphic group.
