Bulb: Overhead Projector Bulb is Out
    1. Use Spare lamp switch.
    2. Contact Media Services to report malfunctioning bulb.

Computer Won't Start, Smart Podium
The smart podium may have a master on/off button just under the top of the lower right cabinet area. This button cannot be seen unless you bend to look for it.

File: Can't Open a File
Place files in your “My Documents” folder, then open them from “My Documents” when you’re in the classroom. (This procedure allows the computer to offer you whatever software it has installed to open that kind of file.)

Projector Off, Interactive Whiteboard, Polyvision
Press the "Projection" button, on the left-side of the interactive whiteboard. A green LED will turn on, and the familiar toolbar will pop-up.

Rebooting Computer
    1. Turn equipment off
    2. Wait 10 seconds (it can take this long for computer to realize it's off)
    3. Turn equipment on again

Screen: Where’s My Screen?
Laptops have a toggle switch that activate screens. The toggle is usually a keyboard combination of “Fn” and a status key that says “LCD/CRT.”

Televisions are often set to the wrong input; change the channel below channel 2 to find a differnet input.
