If there are pictures that are not opening in emails, please do the following.

1.  Save the picture someplace where you can find it (as in My Docs or onto the
     Desktop).
2.  Right mouse click on the saved picture (or left mouse click if you are left handed)
     and select Open With.
3.  Select Choose Program and another window will open up. 
4.  Select Microsoft Picture and Fax Viewer and also make sure the box next to 
     Always use the selected program to open this kind of file is checked.
5.  Click on OK and all pictures should open up fine from now on (this is a 1 time 
     process for each type of picture, although most pictures are almost always .jpg)
