INFO: Creating a Rule for SPAM Type Emails

In the following scenario, we will be setting up a rule that will permanently removed emails that have BULK in the Subject Line.

1.    While in Outlook, click Tools, then Rules Wizard.
2.    Click New to configure a new rule for incoming email.
3.    Leave highlight Check Messages When They Arrive, click the Next button.
4.    Scroll down to the option that says with specific words in the subject or body and click the
       box beside it.
5.    Click on the words <specific words> in the box below.  A window box will appear that 
       allows you to enter words that you want to configure your rule for.  Type in [Bulk] and click
       the Add button. 
       You can continue adding words if you wish to check for more than one word.
6.    Click Ok.
7.    Click Next.
8.    Click the option that says Permanently Delete it.
9.    Click Next.
10.  Click Next again where it is asking for "Exceptions" for the rule unless you have exceptions.  
       This area works just like item number 5.
11.  Enter a name for your rule or leave the default listed.  Check Run this rule now on message 
       already in "Inbox"
and Turn on this rule.  Click Finish.  A message box may appear
       saying it will only run when Outlook is open, click <Yes>.
12.  Click Run.

This rule should process following the parameters we identified above.
