Job Description:


The Board of Trustees and Presidential Search Committee of Clinton Community College invite applications and nominations for the position of President of the College. To receive full consideration, candidates should have all materials to the committee by July 31, 2008. The new President will assume office prior to the start of spring classes, expectedly Jan 2, 2009.

Clinton Community College is a progressive, public, two-year community college and a member of the State University of New York. The 100-acre campus is nestled between the Adirondacks of New York and the Green Mountains of Vermont. It is located on a historic and beautiful bluff overlooking Lake Champlain, four miles south of Plattsburgh, forty-five minutes from Lake Placid and one hour from Montreal, Canada and Burlington, Vermont. With an enrollment of approximately 1,400 FTE’s, the College offers 15-degree programs in Liberal Arts/Science/Applied Science, 11 certificate programs, and approximately 40 articulation agreements for 2+2 transfer programs with 7 institutions.
