Charge From Clinton Community College Board of Trustees to the Presidential Search Committee

The Board of Trustees hereby charges the Presidential Search Advisory Committee to achieve the following objectives:

  1. To assist in the conduct of an active national search for a President of Clinton Community College, in accordance with Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines and considerations as well as the regulations of the State of New York. Within the timeline for the search formulated by the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, the presidential search advisory committee shall recommend at least three candidates in unranked alphabetical order, to the Board of Trustees by April 14, 2008. Upon successfully discharging the responsibilities herein contained, this constitutes the final official responsibility of the Presidential Search Advisory Committee.
  2. To make periodic reports to the Board of Trustees and Clinton Community College constituents and community on the progress of the search.
  3. To abide by the attached policies of strict confidentiality (attached) with regard to candidates, applicants, and nominees for the position, signature to such reflecting acceptance of these policies.
