About Us
Clinton is a comprehensive community college that offers a variety of academic programs. A hundred years ago, the George Moore Academic and Administrative Building was the historic Hotel Champlain. The breathtaking views of Lake Champlain, New York’s Adirondack Mountains and the Green Mountains of Vermont made this site a destination for Presidents, captains of industry and other celebrities. Today, our students, faculty and staff enjoy those same views.

Admissions
A member of the State University of New York (SUNY), Clinton Community College offers seventeen Associate degree programs and eight certificate programs in disciplines ranging from Liberal Arts to Wind Energy and Turbine Technology. Class sizes average only eighteen students, ensuring a supportive learning environment preparing students for transfer to four-year universities or entering the workforce directly after graduation. Located on an historic bluff offering spectacular views of Lake Champlain, we also offer residential life and a successful athletics program.

The Academic Affairs Division at Clinton Community College houses the following areas: Academic Departments, Online Learning, Tutoring Center, Library, Center for Community and Workforce Development, Educational Partnerships and Academic Services, and Institutional Research and Planning. We provide access and support to a diverse student body by offering high quality career and transfer programs along with innovative academic support and developmental education assistance. Academic Affairs promotes student success for both new and continuing students through educational and community partnerships in conjunction with a supportive teaching and learning environment.

Giving to Clinton Communty College
The CCC Foundation helps bring the dream of a college education within reach for many in our community. The CCC Foundation offers numerous ways to support Clinton Community College, including contributing to the Annual Fund, Clearly Clinton Capital Campaign, sponsoring a special event, making a gift in kind, funding a scholarship, creating an endowment, making a planned gift, or participating in the many events and activities for alumni and the community. How do I add Cougar Cash?
You can add money to your Cougar Cash account by three ways:
- going to the College Bookstore
- by seeing Wendy Murton FSA office first floor
- by seeing Kathy Alexander in room 229M
- by seeing Martha Lockwood in room 226M
How do I Add/Drop a Course?
First, stop by the Registrar's Office to pick up an Add/Drop Form. Second, meet with your academic advisor and complete the Add/Drop form. Once signed by your advisor, the form is returned to the Registrar’s Office .
How do I sign up to live in the Residence Halls? How do I pay my Residence Hall Bill?

How do I sign up for a Club/Activity or Athletic Team?
To sign up for a Club, Activity or Student Senate, please see Mary Lou Rabideau Bruno.
To join an athletic team see Dr. Roenbeck, Athletic Director, in room 210 of the HPER building.

Go to the Counseling and Advising Office or call 562-4199to set up an appointment.
Where can I go if I need to withdraw from college or transfer to another school?
Go to the Career and Transfer Planning office or call 562-4199.
How do I appeal if I have lost my financial aid? How can I get re-instated if I have been dismissed?
Go to the Vice President for Student Affairs Office in room 229M or call 562-4120 for information and/or to receive an Academic and/or Financial Aid Appeal form. This form is also available on our website.
What do I do if I disagree with an instructor about a grade?
Go to the Vice President for Academic Affairs for the Academic Honesty and Academic Grievance Policy in room 222M or call 562-4110.
Where do I go to report an incident on campus?
Go to the Vice President for Student Affairs Office in room 229M or call 562-4120 for information and/or to receive an Incident Report form.
