How do I add Cougar Cash?
You can add money to your Cougar Cash account by three ways:

  1. going to the College Bookstore
  2. by seeing Wendy Murton FSA office first floor 
  3. by seeing Kathy Alexander in room 229M
  4. by seeing Martha Lockwood in room 226M


How do I Add/Drop a Course?
First, stop by the Registrar's Office  to pick up an Add/Drop Form.  Second, meet with your academic advisor and complete the Add/Drop form. Once signed by your advisor, the form is returned to the Registrar’s Office .


How do I sign up to live in the Residence Halls? How do I pay my Residence Hall Bill?
You can see:

  • Sarah Samson, Director of Residence Life FSA Office
  • Dr. Tammy Maltzan, Vice President for Student Affairs in room 229M
  • Wendy Murton, FSA Bookkeeper FSA Office.


Where do I go if I need help financially?
Go to the Office of Financial Aid and speak with Cheryl Seymour, Director of Financial Aid (

How do I sign up for a Club/Activity or Athletic Team?
To sign up for a Club, Activity or Student Senate, please see Mary Lou Rabideau Bruno.

To join an athletic team see Dr. Roenbeck, Athletic Director, in room 210 of the HPER building.


Where can I go if I want to discuss a personal problem? Or to choose a career?
Go to the Counseling and Advising Office or call 562-4199to set up an appointment.


Where can I go if I need to withdraw from college or transfer to another school?
Go to the Career and Transfer Planning office or call 562-4199.


How do I appeal if I have lost my financial aid? How can I get re-instated if I have been dismissed?
Go to the Vice President for Student Affairs Office in room 229M or call 562-4120 for information and/or to receive an Academic and/or Financial Aid Appeal form.  This form is also available on our website.


What do I do if I disagree with an instructor about a grade?
Go to the Vice President for Academic Affairs for the Academic Honesty and Academic Grievance Policy in room 222M or call 562-4110.


Where do I go to report an incident on campus?
Go to the Vice President for Student Affairs Office in room 229M or call 562-4120 for information and/or to receive an Incident Report form.
