College 101 Program for Regional High School Juniors

As a regional School Counselor you might be wondering how to kick off the college search process with your high school juniors. Annually the staff of the admissions office at Clinton Community College host a regional event for high school junior classes. Each spring Clinton coordinates the College 101 Program. Clinton Community College partners with admissions representatives from Plattsburgh State University, Potsdam State University, SUNY Canton and North Country Community College.

Students typically receive transportation from their home school district and are chaperoned by their School Counselors and Teachers.  The College 101 program consists of student panel with panel moderator. Followed by a Regional College Fair. Approximately 20 colleges participate each year to represent their colleges and universities.

This year the College 101 program will be held on Tuesday March 24th, 2015. For more information on registering for this program please contact  Martha S. Hewitt
