Merchandise Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Receipt must accompany all returns and exchanges
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of purchase
- Merchandise must be in unused condition and suitable for resale
- Clothing must be in absolutely new condition- must not be worn or washed
- Original tags must be on clothing
Textbook Returns
Receipt required Textbooks must be returned within 10 days of purchase
New textbooks must be in absolutely new condition – no markings, no erasures, no white-outs, no soiled spots or other signs of use
Shrink wrapped textbooks must still be in shrink wrap – if shrink wrap is removed, textbooks are not returnable
Used textbooks must not include any additional highlighting, writing, drawings etc.
Return Policy Instructions
Include the packing slip and receipt with your return. Repackage your item in the original packaging or in an appropriate cardboard box. Using packing material around your item, pack and tape your package securely. Select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package. UPS, FedEx, and USPS all offer this option. Insuring and tracking your package protect you as the shipper and helps ensure your shipment goes to the correct destination in the same condition it was as you sent it. Write down your tracking number and keep it until CCC Bookstore credits your account.

Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable, unless due to our error. No credit is given for lost or damaged packages in route to the CCC Bookstore. Please insure and track your package. Returns to the CCC Bookstore will be refunded to the original credit card used for payment. A refund will be posted to your credit card once your return is received and processed. Processing times for returns vary, and may take up to 30 days from the day the return is received for credit to be transmitted to your credit card account.
