EMS Registration Options


The process for registering EMT students for classes at Clinton Community College has recently changed. We want to make you aware of the following changes in procedure so that we can properly and efficiently get students registered in the Fall Semester and/or any future semesters.
 
Full payment, or the promise of full payment, must be received at the time of any student’s registration.
Your agency has the option of paying for the student’s tuition in the following ways.

1. Via Online Registration and Credit Card
- Register the student online at www.clinton.edu/ems , click on "Register Now"
- Select the EMS course and click "Checkout"
- Enter Visa or Mastercard to complete registration, an email confirmation will be sent to the email provided at registration
2. Via Oline Registration with a Commit-to-Pay letter
- Fax (or mail) a letter on your company's letterhead to 518-562-4308
- Include the following information in the letter: (Multiple students and /or classes may be included on the same letter as long as you specify which students are to be enrolled in which classes and the total amount you agree to pay is correct.)
    · Student Name(s)
    · Class Name(s)
    · Amount you agree to pay
    · Please state if you are covering textbooks

Each student is required to create an online account with their basic contact information.  Visit www.clinton.edu/ems and locate "Register Now" link and click the appropriate course.

Please note that by paying for your members to take EMS courses at CCC; your agency will be responsible for the payment of all fees. If one of your members drops out of the course after the refund period ends, the agency is still responsible for any amount of payment due to the college. A copy of the refund policy is enclosed for your reference.
