Course Description: This course is designed to teach adult, child, and infant CPR in a healthcare setting. The course focuses on the use of CPR and basic life support skills for doctors, nurses, nurse aids, clinical assistants, EMTs, summer camp counselors and more. Students must obtain a book at the time of registration and should read the book prior to class starting.

Students will earn the American Heart Association BLS certification, valid for two years, upon completion of the course.

Students must either borrow or purchase a book prior to class. Books can be borrowed from CCWD Office at registration. Students MUST return the book (or pay $15 replacement fee) upon entry to class or they will NOT be allowed to complete the course.
