Manufacturing Skill Standard Council


 


This
 MSSC section describes the Core Knowledge and Skills identified by the Manufacturing Skill Standard Council (MSSC). The MSSC Core Knowledge and Skills, identified mainly for purposes of assessment and certification, were derived from the skill standards developed for each of the following concentration. The MSSC System awards “Certified Production Technician AE (CPTAE)” certificates to individuals who pass any or all of its four Production modules: Safety, Quality Practices & Measurement, Manufacturing Processes & Production, and Maintenance Awareness.
