Job Description:

Clinton Community College, a member of the State University of New York, announces an immediate opening for a Registrar. The College enrolls 1400 full and part-time students and has a forward-thinking, dynamic faculty and staff. The College is situated on the shores of Lake Champlain with panoramic views of the Adirondack Mountains and the Green Mountains of Vermont.

The Registrar reports directly to the Dean of Enrollment Management. The Registrar has responsibility for all aspects of student registration including: processing of student grades, producing academic transcripts, collecting, maintaining, archiving, and releasing student records; assisting in the enforcement of the College’s degree requirements and academic policies. Additionally, there is oversight responsibility for the College’s degree planning to tools.

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, with a minimum of five years of administrative and some supervisory experience. Experience in higher education, particularly community college experience is desirable.
