Spring Speech Competition Results


On Tuesday and Wednesday, April 19 and 20, students from Tracy Guynup’s, Aaron Peryea’s, Lee Ann Thomas’, and Gina Lindsey’s COM 101 Public Speaking classes presented informative speeches during this semester’s Intramural Public Speaking Competition. Professor Chris Ford (CSC) and Kathy Stone (Coordinator CCWD) were judges for the semi-finals.

Paul DeDominicas and Angel Doe (Coordinators CCWD), and Bob Luckett (SOC & Tutoring Center) were judges in the finals and chose the five top speeches from the semi-finalists. Finals were held on Wednesday, April 20.
