Technical Assistance for Online Students

Sometimes technical difficulties arise when you're taking courses online, but we have great support for online students.

The SUNY Learning Network and CourseSpace are Clinton's two course management systems.

The SLN Helpdesk can answer most technical questions to include course access, uploading assignments, having difficulty with discussion postings, completing your profile, accessing your private folder or graded items.You can get technical help at:

Other questions

Your instructor can answer content or grading questions right inside the course in your Private Folder, Talk with the Professor, or Ask a Question section.  Your instructor is also available via E-mail and phone - please check your course documents for contact information.

In every CCC Online course there is a Bulletin Board which you can use to chat with your classmates which might have an anwer to your question.

You can contact the Distance Learning Coordinator when your course access has been revoked or for additional help in deciding if an online course is right for you.  The DL Coordinator can also advise you on some academinc difficultites related to online courses.
