Free Online Cooking Class by Carriage House Cooking School


The evening will kick off with Chef Curtiss crafting a pitcher of Sparkling Mojitos, a blend of the classic Mokito and sparkling wine or hard cider.

Post libation Chef Curtiss will prepare a quick and easy summer dish with rich flavors backed up by the freshness of spring and summer.

The menu for this lesson will be

Sparkling Mojito
mint, sugar, lime juice, rum, champagne

Apple & Celery Salad
apples, celery hearts, dijon, sunflower seeds, herbs, vinegar, olive oil

Seared Salmon with Summer Scafata
pan sauce, potato puree, seasonal vegetable
