Last Day To Submit Absentee Ballot Application

Election Day is November 3, 2020. 

To complete an Absentee Ballot, you must be registered to vote, choosing to vote from home, live outside of Clinton County, and not be able to travel home on Election Day. If this apples to you, your Absentee Ballot application must be postmarked no later than October 27, 2020 and mailed to your County Board of Elections.
