Motivation Mondays (Mondays at 9:00am)
Each Monday morning during the Mind, Body, Soul Series, Tom will offer an inspiring message that will include the principles, perspectives, and practices discussed during the weekly Facebook Live sessions. This is a great way to start your week; setting intentions and goals, establishing a positive mindset, creating an environment and a social support network conducive to overall success and wellbeing, and engaging in the practice self-care. Tom designed Motivation Mondays for the purpose of helping you maintain clarity, strength, balance, and joy in your life regardless of the circumstances that surround you. All are welcome to attend.
