This form is used to enroll in a course that is being taught in person at Clinton Community College or online via Brightspace at the reduced CAP tuition rate, subject to seat availability.

The class makeup includes both CCC and CAP students. The course meeting dates follow the college's Spring 2026 academic calendar, and the payment deadline is the same as that of CCC students.

CAP students are responsible for purchasing any required textbooks and materials and arranging their own transportation to the college.

Note: New CAP students must also fill out an Online Admissions Application.
