This form is used for CAP juniors and seniors to enroll in up to two (2) summer courses being taught online through Clinton Community College at the reduced CAP tuition rate, subject to seat availability.

The class makeup includes both CCC and CAP students. The course meeting dates follow the college's Summer 2026 academic calendar, and the payment deadline is May 22, 2026.

CAP students must meet the course prerequisites to be eligible to enroll in summer courses.

CAP students are responsible for purchasing any required textbooks and materials.

Note: New CAP students must also fill out an Online Admissions Application.
