Notarizing Your Certificate of Residency
Once a year students must submit to the college a Certificate of Residency. The certificate has to be notarized. Clinton county residents can have it done at CCC.
Due to COVID-19, we created online Notary Public sessions. The schedule is listed below.
What you need for the video call with a Notary Public:
- Your photo ID with your address.
- The certificate form. Don't sign it before the session! The Notary Public must witness you signing it.
- Computer/Mobile device with a microphone and a web cam.
