Resources for Site Coordinators
The following documents are available to assist site coordinators and instructors at the ten local high schools participating in the College Advancement Program at Clinton Community College. If you have questions about any of these resources, please contact the Early College Pathways Coordinator.

AP Exam CCC Course & Credit Equivalencies (pdf)
Description: A list of AP Examinations with the minimum credit-granting score, number of semester hours, and equivalent CCC course(s). -
CAP Application Instructions (pdf)
Description: Provides instructions/tips for New CAP students who need to complete a CAP application.

CAP Classroom Visitation Report (pdf)
Description: Report template used by CCC division representatives following a CAP classroom visit. -
CAP Course Prerequisite & Corequisite Chart (pdf)
Description: A complete listing of prerequisites and corequisites for all CAP courses offered. Site coordinators and instructors should use this chart to determine if a student is eligible to enroll in a particular CAP course. -
CAP Course Request Form (pdf)
Description: This form should be submitted by an instructor or site coordinator to request a new CAP course offering at the high school. The completed form should be submitted to the CCC Early College Pathways Coordinator. -
CAP Course Syllabus Feedback Form (pdf)
Description: This form will be used by CCC subject area representatives to review CAP syllabi and provide feedback to CAP instructors.

Description: Provides information and guidance to CAP instructors and site coordinators on all aspects of the College Advancement Program. -
CAP Pathways Scholarship (pdf)
Description: Information and eligibility criteria for scholarship funding available to CAP students who matriculate enroll in Clinton Community College after high school. -

CCC General Education Courses Offered as CAP (pdf)
Description: A listing of general education courses offered in the College Advancement Program and the general education assessment timeline. -
Certificate of Residence Application-NEW (pdf)
Description: This form must be completed by each CAP student every academic year. Starting Summer 2024, the application for COR will NOT need to be notarized. Students residing outside of Clinton County will still need to bring the application to their County Treasurer to be issued a COR. -
New CAP Instructor Orientation Checklist (pdf)
Description: Checklist of topics CCC division representative will cover when onboarding new CAP instructors. -
Preferred Name Form (pdf)
Description: May be used to allow CCC class lists and email to use preferred name. Legal name must be used for all official documents. -
Prerequisite Waiver Request Form (pdf)
Description: May be submitted by a site coordinator for students who do not meet the placement criteria for a CAP course. -
