CCC Cross Country Teams Excel at NJCAA Region 3 Championships

The Clinton Community College Cougar Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams had another successful meet at the NJCAA Region 3 Cross Country Championships, held this past weekend at Herkimer Community College.

In the women’s 5K race, Alex Cone made an outstanding performance, securing the title of NJCAA Region 3 Women’s Cross Country Champion. She finished the course with a personal best time of 21:14, an impressive achievement that qualifies her to compete in the NJCAA Division 3 National Championships in Richmond, Virginia, on November 9th.

The men’s 8K race saw Brayden Peters achieve a personal best with a time of 36:40, followed closely by Alex Jock, who also set a personal record of 37:00.
