Clinton Community College's accreditation status is Non-Compliance Warning based on the Commission's action on June 23, 2022. The college is authorized to award the degrees of Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, Associate in Applied Science, and Associate in Occupational Studies, as well as certificates, as established by the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York.
Nursing A.A.S. Program Accreditation
Clinton Community College's Nursing A.A.S. program is registered by NYSED Commissioner of Education. Clery Compliance
The Dean of Student Affairs maintains all student and campus judicial and behavior files and is responsible for preparing the annual report and disclosure of campus crime statistics. The Dean of Student Services is also responsible for producing the annual Security Report.
Any suspicious activity should be reported to Campus Security. Those who report Clery Act violations are protected under the College's non-retaliation policy.
To report a crime on campus, contact Campus Security (518) 562-4777 or on the first floor of Moore Building main entrance (across from Bookstore), Room 127, or dial 9-1-1 (for emergencies only).

Title IV Eligibility
Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA) addresses the administration of federal student financial aid programs. To receive Title IV assistance, students must attend an institution that is eligible to participate in Title IV programs. An eligible institution of higher education must be legally authorized to provide a postsecondary education in the state in which it is located, be accredited by an agency recognized by the Department of Education, and be certified by the Department of Education as eligible to participate in Title IV programs.
Clinton Community College satisfies the definition of eligible institutions under the Higher Education Act of 1965, as demonstrated below.

Title IV Responsibilities
